It would be a really helpful addition to place the timer where we can see it while typing (instead of having to scroll up each time). Thanks!

I JUST SPENT AN HOUR TAKING THE LITTLE 60 Q PRACTICE EXAM AND IT DIDN'T RECORD MY RESPONSES OR GIVE ME A GRADE?! Honestly what could possibly be the point of that... says something about course progress not being recorded until February... but why even allow the practice questions to be accessed if you aren't going to allow the responses to be recorded?! what a waste of time.

When I took the Uniform Bar Exam course for Ohio, there were way more practice multiple choice questions integrated into every lesson than there are in the California course. The California course should be formatted similarly, with at least 4 intermediate to high difficulty 20 question quizzes in every lesson.

You really need to cover 28 U.S. Code § 1367(b) in a video. All my friends bombed every question about it and it took me a long time to figure it out by myself.
