My property course has not just covered real property; it has discussed personal property including Rule of Capture, Finder's Law, Bailment, Gift Law. Not sure yet whether we have full coverage on real property; we've done a brief treatment of Wills and Intestacy, Adverse Possession, Estate and Future Interests, and we're just starting Leasing and Landlord/Tenant. Under Property, we could definitely use some practice exams on the personal property topics, and double-check which topics are covered under real property.
