Pair "Essay Reading Strategy" video, "Essay Outlining Strategy" video, and "Essay Writing Strategy" video to each respective essay task
These strategy videos are excellent, but I think students are likely to forget what they teach over the span of the course and develop poor essay habits on their own. It would be helpful to have the videos available at students' fingertips on a regular basis. They won't watch it every time, of course, but if it pops up every time they encounter a "Read," "Outline," or "Write" task, they'll be more likely to revisit it.
Add additional graded PTs for 2-3 total
We have gotten feedback from students that one graded PT is not sufficient for them to be able to feel prepared for that section. They would like additional opportunities for grading PTs so that they can implement the feedback they received on the first one. I understand that PTs are more involved to grade than essays, so I would propose we grade 2-3 rather than just 1.
Make a certain % or tasks/videos/flashcards/questions/quizzes to be available offline in App and on browser.
This would be helpful for flights, locations without wifi or cell service, roadtrips, mountains, etc where there is a lot of dead time that could be used to study. This could be done by day, tasks, or block of materials and be limited to a certain % at any given time. Example being "Download 2/10-2/17 Materials" and then once I back online everything syncs up and I can remove the download. Next time I need to, I could download the relevant tasks later one.
Create cheat sheets with black letter law for essay exams
As a bar review user, I want Quimbee to provide "cheat sheets" for all the black letter law ("testable rules"), so that I can better prepare for the Multistate Essay Exam (MEE).
Performance Stats by Question Author
It would be great to know what my performance stats are on the officially licensed MBE questions and separately what my performance stats are on the Quimbee questions.
Add cram sheet with the most important rules to remember
As a bar-review user, I want to see a concise sheet of the most important black letter law to know for the bar exam, so that I can better study.
Add higher difficulty multiple choice questions that better represent BAR difficulty
The multiple choice qs as they are help with initial learning, but they don't cement mastery at the level Adaptibar questions demand.
Essay Answer Templates
Containing elements, applicable rules, and a sample format for analyzing a given issue in an essay response exam. Similar to what Studicata has, very useful for practicing exam answers.
Make it clearer when and how to use the two bar review outlines
I don't really understand the difference between the Bar Exam reading materials, except for the fact that one is a quick list and the other is a grander outline (maybe change their names to ones that make more sense?). I also don't know when I need to read one and not the other, because I don't think the platform provides them as recommended assignments.
